Pleases understand the policies listed below to ensure your safety and help make your rental experience enjoyable!
- The operator MUST be 21 years of age or older!
- Cancellation policy – 48 hours before your reservation.
- We provide all PFD (Personal Floatation Device) equipment.
- Please arrive early for your scheduled hourly rental so you can check in, load the boat, and get instructions.
- We are open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in season. Reservations are made between those hours. Please call for availability.
- The customer is responsible for all damages to the boat for rent incurred during the rental period.
- Customers must follow all boating laws in New York State. You must be aware of Canadian laws if you travel into Canadian waters.
- Rental fees are subject to 8% sales tax.
- There is a $300-$500 damage deposit authorized to your credit card in addition to the rental fees. If there are no damages to the boat for rent and all fuel charges are paid, the deposit will be released.
- On the day of your rental bring your valid picture driver’s license and the credit card that your rental was charged.
- If you arrive late for your reservation, the boat for rent will still have to be returned at the time that your reservation was made for when you booked the boat.
